Nice. I'm guessing you just made the template and sent it in. Judging by your receipt looks like it the plastic cost $40 and it cost them $55 to make it. If thats the case then maybe we can just ask that company to use the same template.
I'm talking to my friend Colby about creating a 2D cad model for the splitter. As of now, the splitter is NOT perfect, it's not completely symmetrical but you can't tell unless i were to point it out, even then you'd have a tough time, but I know, and that's what matters . I would imagine it would be easier for me to get you guys a cad model or pdf of the thing so you could print it out on a plotter and send it to a local plastic place. Shipping this thing would cost a bundle.

Details of what I did for those interested.
-Cardboard + paper for initial template, then fixed it up by pencil for a little bit
- Brought the template to the plastics place, w/ tax just a hair over $100, took 2 days because they were busy, it's about a half hour of "work". I suspect it's actually a lot less than this, and could be easily done at home with raw materials a jigsaw with the appropriate toothed blade. Note I probably paid for a lot more plastic than they gave me, since it was probably a 6x3 foot sheet.
- Used door molding from autozone, came in a pack of 25 feet, used ~ 8 feet.
- Mounting consisted of longer bolts in M6 x 1.0TP with large washers to increase the support base, and 1/4" ID 3/4" OD clear plastic tubing as a "washer" in between the bottom of splitter and the bottom of the bumper. Mounting was by far the most difficult part of this, as it's tough to blindly measure and drill pilot holes.

They're downforce CF sides available from our sponsors. In the $400 range I believe.

I'll measure the dimensions tomorrow, and draw something up in AutoCAD.
The only dimension I would need would be the depth of the peice. I don't know how far underneith the car it would need to be.

Also, if someone could mark the bolt holes, I'd be able to put them on there too. I'm not sure which bolt holes you guys used, so I'd need somebody to mark them out on a MSpaint sketch or something.
