Ouch, thats really a hard question. But I would have to say the Z. It has had the most problems... well, its the only one that has had any problems. They had to replace the AC belt due to what they said was an "over-rev." They stated when you over-rev the car to much the belt jumps and fall back where it should not be causing it to tear. But, unless someone over-reved it in the 8 miles I didn't put on it.. it was not me.. but they did replace it. They also have had to reflash/replace the ecu a lot. It kept given random codes that were not really happening. Turns out the ECU wires had melted and fired the ECU itself. They spent a week trying to find out what was wrong with it because after awhile the ECU just stop responding. Worst part of it all was they tried to give me a Geo Metro for a Rent-a-car! Come in a Z leave in a Geo! But dont get me wrong, the Z is a great car and its really fun. Its just had problems while the S and Vette are still doing great.
