Some jealous ass, more than likely. I'e always disliked our "star" ratings. IMO, only folks who post should be able to rate a thread.

It's useless, IMO. In some cases, as a moderator, I look at more 1 star threads as it usually hints to "issues." Other than that, not necessary!
