I guess the question is, do you like it? I will agree it is different, but I don't think you should do things just to be different. If no one can breathe underwater, I don't think it would be smart to try to do so. I don't think it is funny really... it just looks bad. What are your other plans? Where is your tow hook cover?
Also, why bring up dyno numbers in the gallery? That is great and all, but doesn't add to or detract from your car's appearance (which is the subject of this discussion).
I do like it a lot. I completely understand what you are saying and agree however I am just one of those people who loves doing DIY mods. I should have stated above that for the time being it is a budget project. I figured I'd just show some pics of what an ap2 looks like with simple DIY mods to show you don't have to have a deep pocket to mod the s2000. I showed the dyno numbers b/c there were some comments on the heat wrapped intake. I'm not saying it added any power but just showing my excitement for the small amount I paid for a filter, testpipe, and haha a weld-on carbon ti muffler, that I achieved those numbers. Another reason I did all these different mods is that I don't plan on keeping any of them but for another few months. The tow hook covers aren't there due to my brother just wanting to take them off for that "track car look" I guess. I don't mind. I am a big fan of many Spoon/Opak racing products so I'm going to be headed that direction soon. Again thanks for all the feedback.

Where are your tow hook covers? Did someone steal them?

This is the "to be funny" part of it.

did you paint the wheels or powder coat? I think the shade of black came out great. Good luck with the car!
