The only thing it needs is a lift and few oil stains to complete it. I wonder how much wrenching really goes on in there.

It looks more like a detail bay than a wrenching space. If you notice in the background it looks like this guy is the poster boy for "Griot's Garage" catalog. All that stuff is availible from them, including the shelfing. though, it is a nice place to clean cars.
