Looking Good So Far

I bet it's been a lot of work so far, but definitely will be worth it!

What's the plan on ABS?

And yeah, that Air-Water is crazy intense!!
The lower frame on the driver side was metal formed to fit it behind the fender as seen on the left side of this photo:

Note that the wire tuck, EVAP, cruise control, fuse box relocation on this side is far from completed on the driver side in the above photo. This is where things will go, but the bracket fabrication wasn't yet started. Looks like a mess, but everything is documented and all connectors are labeled with a P-Touch.

Yeah, we chose the Water-Air approach to keep the car sleeper. When everything is closed, you'd swear it's stock other than the mags and sponsor stickers (which most just think are decorations anyways).

impressive. huge fan of the wire tuck! keep us posted man. and your right just looking at that and my stomach cringes thinking that could be my car
The harnesses which contain the headlight wires are probably the easiest to tuck. They need to be lengthened, but they fit in existing holes. That tuck was done back in 2006. The P/S wiring is a little trickier as the controller box ideally needs to be relocated also.

We decided to tuck the EPS controller box (ECU) under the wiper shroud (see top left of photo below). The wiper motor area is your friend when tucking things. PLENTY of room there.

In this photo you can see we spot welded hard-line to the upper frame to clean the water-air piping. Even though this is under the fender, we're trying to keep things clean. On the upside, we can use these pipes to anchor our wire harness.

We were prepping the car for the Spring Break Nationals (Daytona Beach, FL) and the guys at the shop were shooting crazy "over the top" ideas for future projects. One thing lead to the next and that night the car was dismantled. Needless to say the car won't be going down to Florida next weekend, but it should be touring eastern canada and the east coast quite a bit this summer.

It was featured at SEMA Las Vegas in 2006 and we're looking to feature it at SEMA this year (ideally the Honda booth). Contact me if anyone's seeking a car for their SEMA booth.
