When we drive it on the street it will be on very low boost 10-15psi and at the track when we get the ethanol injection then we will crank up the boost up around 30psi and it should make around 800hp. If we don't use the ethanol system then we go with a direct port Nittros system.

My friend catch with a 1.8L at 32psi and a 50 shot nitros system made 742hp and I think it was 446 torque and he was using a smaller turbo setup then what we are using on this motor. We are also running a bigger displacement to so thats my goal .

The record for the SR20DET so far is 661hp 588torque

We should see around 27-30psi on my motor.

People make around 550hp+ on the stock sleeves. That easily possible because its a closed deck block. The block I'm running has extra thick cast iron sleeves so 30psi should not be a problem for the block.

Everything is going as planed so we should be done within 3 months
yeh i got out of 240s when phase2/enjuku and others were battling for the most stock block whp on the sr...then it was 530 so im happy to see they are still goin at it.....the sr20 is a storng motor.....just keep the knock away and you can go forever.....i noticed ur sleeve block, so yeh you will def have tons of room for some high psi....whats the max efficent psi for that turbo?? 30psi? whats cams you gonna run? ive been hearing jwt cams are better then hks.....
