the one i put a link to is the same brand, AutoArt as the ones they sell on diecastblast.com so its the same model but with the extra accessories

that civic they have on there is probably the worst model of a civic i have ever seen, but the S2000 is the awesome...

lol i dont think thats gonna be needed. i ordered some aluminum tubing to bend and weld into a nice little roll cage. Im buying a hardtopped MR-S model and seeing if i can chop the top off and make it look like an oem. If the doesnt work shes staying topless. Right now im wheel searching, which has been about the hardest part of this so far. If anyone has suggestions Id love them

im curious to see this hardtop attempt, id say just use plastic tubing from a model car parts sheet, heat with a blow dryer and bend to your liking and then glue together , thats what i have always done

I like this idea too and would probably do it in the future, but the tubing is already ordered. Its only 3/32" aluminum tubing so it shouldnt be hard to manipulate. As for the hardtop, I looked into the new miata model but they didnt have it in 1:18. Im hoping the MR-S works.

i found on hobbylink.com a 1/24 scale s2ooo v-spec right or left side drive with oem hard top and what looks to be mugen rims. also saw 1/24 scale 18in volk TE37. Only downfall is that i think the model is plastic, but still pretty cool.
