AP2 headlights would set it nicely.
not a fan of ap2 heads or tails...the ap1 cleared ones look sexy

With all the money you have spent on the rest of the modifications I'd encourage you at the very least to put some clear diffusors into those headlights. I've seen headlights done like that in person and all over these forums, and they look very cheap and unfinished. Hell you can even see where the difusor is supposed to sit.

I'm with you though on the Ap1 headlights, but then again I'm also the guy who things the AP1 front end looks a million times better than the AP2 front.

That mod list you have looks very extensive. I'm eager to see what it looks like when all completed.

i agree with this guy but instead of doing clear you should do smoked. it would look alot better since you have the whole red and black thing going on like me . but your car looks sick man good luck with the build soon are cars are going to look just alike. im just about to boost mine!!

i have clear diffusers and keeping my AP1 headlights, its not necessary to post the tiny things like clear side markers, misc. bolts and clips and the other stuff...i listed the main parts...i cant pass my safety inspection with clear, naked, mulderized, smoked or any kind of mod to the headlights

It's the "tiny things" like that, that either make or break a build.

Will putting orange bulbs into a set of JDM, or cleared headlights not pass inspection for you guys in HI? That sucks to have to swap headlights every few years for inspection.

IMO any ap1 headlights jdm, cleared, mulderized or naked. all look uglier than the regular amber corners.

the ap2 headlights is miles above the ap1.

safety is every year...you cant register your car unless you pass a safety inspection...but no you gotta have the factory headlights...there are some stupid rules in hawaii that honestly are not necessary...i know its the little things about a build but i dont feel that i need to mention every piece that is getting replaced

never been a fan of AP2 headlights or the tail lights...only a few things i like about the AP2 are the center console, front bumper and wheels

truth, when people put

-SPOON reservoir covers
-SPOON oil cap
-password jdm radiator stays
-password jdm battery tie-down

it just seems silly.

my thoughts exactly...small things like that are not necessary to be listed...IIRC when cars are featured in magazines those arent listed either...but to each their own...some enthusiasts are die hard brand fans and would like to list everything they have and there is nothing wrong with that...im just not that kind of enthusiast...but, if i do have such items as resevoir covers, oil caps, etc then completed photos will justify them being shown...like for example with my Mishimoto stuff, the only reason small items are listed in there such as radiator stays, etc is because it came as part of a package deal...

i think i have changed my mind regarding the rear diffusers...have always liked the look of the Downforce complete rear diffuser but ive never been a fan of having that gaping hole for dual exhausts when running a single outlet...that is the main reason i have wanted to go with the Axle one cause you can get it with no cut-outs...now, if i were to go with the Downforce one i would have to pick up an AP2 rear bumper or i will either just run a stock AP1 rear with a single exhaust cover and put rear spats on from GP Sports of C-West or a Chargespeed rear lip
