I know this is off topic, but the welds are beautiful on that exhaust.

I love how it says fragile all over the box yet still happens.

On the other hand.....it looks like the tip wasnt really well protected from the get go

No the tip was full wrapped in bubble wrap. I put the unwrapped exhaust back into the box to show Ed from Evasive how the exhaust was positioned when it was shipped. It looks like UPS dropped the edge of the box on the ground because you can see the huge hole on the side of the box.

No worries, I was able to unbend the damage. Will post pics when I install it

We sent a short block using UPS, after reinforcing the box with wood to make sure it wouldn't be damaged, the store told us it was a pound over the maximum weight.

So they took it from us, threw it in a bigger box filled with packing chips and called it good. When the guy recieved it the water pump was smashed into pieces and the oil pan was cracked.

I guess with some items, heavy things especially, they just throw them out the back of their truck. This should definitely not be the case with items like an exhaust though, especially if it weights a mere 10 lbs!

damn UPS why can't they take care of their packages alittle bit better
Because they know the package is insured. I had a buddy that worked UPS/FEDEX and he used to throw SHEIT all OVER THE place!! That's why I always double box my stuff.

That sucks man... good luck. Evasive Motorsports sucks with customer service too btw. They probably did that to the box :-P. I bought a simple ARC Spark plug cover and they wouldnt RTV (return to vendor) it when it broke from being installed for a week. Wont do business with them again... just spend 3500 with bulletproof. Customer service goes a long ways... if evasive would have taken back my spark plug cover, I would have done a lot of business with them. Anyways sorry to get off subject, I just saw the evasive tape and yeah... sorry again man, poor exhaust and poor you
