I think I am missing a seal up there. The trunk is not popped...Is there a seal that goes near the front of the hood?? I had an aftermarket front bumper before the car got a makeover and was planning on buying another one eventually...Can't buy anything for the car because we're buying a house... But it's in the works. I that I might not have put back all the stuff that is supposed to be there under bumper. It looks funny to me too in that little gap.

 

It was good to meet you guys too. SO much fun, just wish that mexican restaurant sold corona...LOL We'll see you up there again for sure.

 

This is a good example of why you should paint the lip and overfenders... Looks way better here. Front lips are usually created so that they blend with the lines of the bumper-- if the lip is a different color, or unpainted, I feel that it just looks tacked on and out of place. Car looks good otherwise though.

yeah there's a seal that goes between the hood and the front bumper. I had to buy one recently cuz the body shop lost my original one. You can get it from the dealer for somewhere between $20-30.

I PM'ed you a picture of the seal...didn't want to post it here cuz teh photo is huge.

 

Having seen this car in person, I agree the photos don't do it justice! Maggie, really is a beautiful car!
