i originally wanted a new si, but they wouldn't let me test drive it because i was supposed to get approved for a loan first. well i was paying cash so i went and bought a used s2000 and haven't thought twice about it

so i went and test drove one today ('05 w/ 20k miles). QUESTION: why do they all have the back right bumper under the right rear tail light sticking out? i thought the car had been in an accident but all the other ones on the lot had the same problem
