The itr guys do it all the time .. my friend has been running aftermarket lugs on his 96 spec R wheels.. and no problems.... The amount of the aftermarket lug contact.. isnt that much less than the oem's

The guys are right though, you shouldn't be running the aftermarket lugs with oem. It looks cleaner without them anyways.
