What's that black wire running down the middle of the interior? Is that the radar detector wire?

Yup it is the radar detector.

cheapy Bell, I don't really need a radar detector, cause I am a good girl an never go over the speed limit

I got a V1 cuz it makes interesting beeping noises and has hypnotic flashing red lights. I frankly have no idea what that thing is for, but it sure looks cool.
