As far as timeless designs are concerned I think it takes time to find out which one will be such and which one won't. I agree that the S2000 is a timeless design. Then again why would anyone redesign it? Because it's aging too. I did not want to limitate myself to only what the current S2000 looks like and what lines it has, because thinking that way I would have made myself do the design that already exists, so I'd end up with identical looking car with different details. My idea therefore was to capture some lines that I like on the S2000 and play with them so I get a modern looking car but still with proportions and a spirit of the S2K. I agree on the other hand that some lines are to much - I already corrected some.
