wow...looks awfully good for a paint job(wheels)...
did you paint em yourself? or have a professional do it?
oh..and a stupid question(never painted wheels before)
is it auto paint used on the wheels? and it doesn't crack or anything right?

i m a big fan of "closest-to-stockish-look"...heh oh yea did i mention your car looks clean?

I thought about doing it myself, but then decided not to risk it...and I didn't think I'd be able to give it a good shine. I got it done at spugen for $200. Yes I believe they used car paint, and nope no cracking or any of that. I have a few tiny invisible rocks chipps which can only be seen if your face is molded righ at the rim , but there nothing, and that kind of thing can be expected painted or powdercoated.

Thankx

Nice pictures! Thanks for sending me the pictures of your rims a couple of weeks ago. I got my 05 rims powder coated after seeing your pictures. I'm really pleased with the way they turned out. Pictures don't justify the way the 17" OEM rims look after being painted. I've had some people ask me what brand rim I have.

Hey I remember, no problem man. Post some pics of your wheels when you can. They really do look mch beter in person. As good as they look in the pics, in person it's hard to believe there even better.

I get the same thing all the time, then when I say that they're stockies, their jaws drop.

Here's a picture for now. I'll post some pictures this weekend after I paint my calipers.

I'm going to paint the calipers gloss black and put a metallic red S2000 decal on. The clear coat on the rims actually has some silver metallic mixed in so if the sun hits them right, there is a sparkle to them. Kinda like the silverstone paint.
