Those look like the Michelin Pilots to me. I just replaced the rears with them, but I mitakenly used 225s. I am putting 245s on the back and moving the 225s to the front. The OEM S02s on the front are still good enough to serve as backups.

I'm using Bridgestone Potenza S0-3's on the front and rear from tirerack.
