Just got my first digital camera but I cant upload the pics to my photo album any tips would help.

 

Just click on MyS2000 at the top, click on Photo album on the left, click add photos, then browse. Find the file on your computer and click ok. Then when you have all the pictures that you browsed to, click on upload photos.

 

I did that but it did not work. Do I need to save the pics in GIF mode first before I upload them?

 

Hmmm, not sure, I just did a .JPG file and it went fine. Try converting it to JPEG and see if that works.

 

have not tryied that yet but I will give it a shot.

 

I've found that using Netscape 4.xx doesn't work here to upload pics (not sure why, and I haven't tried NN 6.0). I do know that IE 6.0 works fine to upload pics, jpegs are fine too.

If the browswer isn't the problem, I don't know what to tell you
