Need help identifying spoiler

Looking to get a spoiler for the NSX and came across this in HyperRev vol 93.

Have no clue as to who makes it though.

I know there are alot of knowledgeable tuners on here.

here is my beater with my old nsx-r spoiler and stock hood, the have since been changed:

yup looks like mugen....don't care for it but good luck on your search.....I think its discontinued isn't it?
