I recently bought a set of Craft Square CF mirrors for my NSX. Heres the opinion I need from you guys..

Should I keep the bases the polished look or should I paint them black?

I am leaning towards painting them black since my NSX is Berlina Black.

What do you guys think?

black probably eggshell black would look nice.

 

Flat black? What about that?

 

I just bought a set too (for my S though)and was considering painting the bases black.

I opted to leave them chrome due to the chrome s2000 badge on the fender (I think it looks good). They compliment eachother pretty well , but if the is nothing else chrome on the side of the car (Emblems/ Badges / lip of your rims) I would paint them.

If I take the S2000 badge off (still debating) I will paint or powder coat the base black

 

I would go with a flat black Chris

Their not an OEM piece, so theirs not really a point painting them berlina. the flat black will show a little contrast, but shouldnt look out of place.

...seriously though, I'm sucker for some bling, but based off that pic I would say paint them black, personally though instead of flat black I was thinking Anthracite Black/Black Chrome

 

Thanks guys. I am going to put them on and see how they look in silver and if I dont like it I may go the flat black route.

Still havent made up my mind....
