should i keep the red pinstripe lip or should i remove it????

I say remove it... with the quickness. Maybe if they were PC'd black it wouldn't be too bad, but I really don't like the look of that.

paint the center of wheel then itll be good. ditch the center cap

If you must go this rout, leave the red lip, ditch the center caps and powder coat the rest of the wheel black. Otherwise ...red lip aint gonna work.
