Do you still want interior pics of the hard top? If you do, email me at : meinschaft@yahoo.com

I bought a used '03 with 2700 miles; it included the HT, boot, and HT stand. A trip to the dealer was necessary to install the HT mounting kit. Then I returned to the used car dealer where I bought the s2000 to put the HT on the car. AAAaaaarrggghhhh! We could not get it to mount properly. Both back pins seated and locked, the front passenger-side latched, but the front driver-side latch was 1/2" out of alignment.

A call to the Honda dealer and they said to bring it in so they could 'adjust' it, even though I could find no adjustment to either the front or rear mounts. They baged, pounded, pushed, pulled on it for a half hour. I finally sent a service writer to make them stop. It's JAPANESe fer chrissake, not from Detroit, it doesn't need that much muscle. Eventually they discovered that if one sets the top on the vehicle, then first latches the front driver-side latch, THEN the passenger side, then the two rear pins, it ALIGNS PERFECTLY with NO MUSCLE needed.

Oh, did I mention that the moron I bought the car from managed to put a ding in the rear 1/4 panel? The good news it that the ding man went in from the wheel well and made it disappear - MAGIC!!!!!

when you say install do you mean the hardware kit?? if so it took me about two hours to install the rear latches - it was pretty easy

to put the top on only takes about three minutes with two people

Do you lose any headroom clearance with the OEM HT over the ST or are they pretty much identical?

Can we get a group-buy going with Hardtopguy (Jeff) for some coincidentally enough HTs?
