Default New AP2 Tail lights

Hey everyone,

Some of you might have seen this post on S2000 Talk on FB but for those who aren't, these tail lights are still being made and under development by Carshop Glow/MaydayGarage and they're pretty…"unique".

I don't have much info on em I just look at the pics lol. But from what I read on the comments, they will be plug and play for AP2's and also OEM quality. To me, this translates to: $$$$. haha.

Anyone with official info on em just post it in here too. if you can clarify things that'd be great. :]

I think they look alright, maybe a little too "loud" when in reverse but yeah. I still prefer OEM AP2

What do you guys think of em?

Those are pretty sweet! They've definitely got an S15/SLS look to em.

you will need to repin or i would recommend the conversion harness's.

also i am sure you will need to run resisters to balance out the power flow.

these are unique but i def do prefer the standard AP2 OEM lights.

I just asked on their instagram, they said they will have AP1 adapters available. They also said they will be releasing pricing info soon

I think these lights would be more fitting on a crazy stanced/hellaflushed show car with crazy aero, or on Chris Jenneret's drift S2000 (would look cool drifting at night). But i definitely prefer the circular AP2 tail lights. Maybe if they designed it to where there were two LED circles (one large and the other slightly smaller) that lit up simultaneously, like the GTRs, as oppose to having just the larger single circle lit up on the OEM tails. On a stock AP2, it doesn't look right IMO.
