Maxes me want to stop modding the S, save every penny and buy an Elise. Yup that would never happen.
Elise is down to $25k for a 2005. Not a bad price at all.

I had also been modding the S and in the end it is just not enough on what i wanted after spending 20k on mods. So i decided to sell it to get something that is more already prepared for tracks...

Seriously? In that case I could technically buy one, but I'd be broke. I could only imagine insurance, my s2k is bad enough.

Insurance on mine was cheaper than a 2006+ S2000. These are very affordable just very hard to live with on a daily basis. If you are anal and don't like people screwing/touching/hating on your car it just makes matters worse.

The S2000 is a great compromise for an all around roadster, even if the Elise is the better performer.

phucking upgrade, sir. Im a big Lotus fan (minus the new luxobarge). Lotuses are the closest thing to a street legal track car (with the exception of designs like the aerial atom).

Though you should probably all know it's almost impossible to get an S1 exige/elise street legal in the states. That's what shattered my dreams. Why buy a car you have to tow everywhere?
