^yea i'll definitely try painting that stuff first...is there anything in there i need to be careful of before painting?
I would try and go with flat black DupliColor Engine Enamel to do the radiator, radiator support, etc.. Just because of high heat temps, plus you don't want to coat it really thick, being that you want your radiator to still radiate heat, and allow for cooling.. For the most part though, the DupliColor brand Engine Enamel in particular, is also part ceramic I believe, so that'll help dissipate heat better than a normal flat black spray and pray job..

Personally, what I did.. I just used several different foam tip chisel brushes.. I sprayed a bunch of the DupliColor Engine Enamel spray paint into a paint mixing cup, to allow it to pool up, so I can dip a brush into it, and I lightly brushed it onto whatever I needed to paint in that area.. So I didn't have to worry about overspray.. Worked perfect! 24k miles later, and it still looks as good as new! Every now and then I might have to touch up a spot or two on the radiator, because of rocks or bugs denting in the cooling fins, and some silver begins to show a little.. other than that, it'll look 100x better than where you're at with it right now..

These are the type of foam-tip chisel brushes you'd want to use.. Provides more surface area coverage, plus a better finish without messy brush strokes..

ps, great bumper choice!!!

I say no to the splitter right now..

Being that it'll probably make the front end look too 'heavy' or too 'busy'..
Right now, I think it looks great with what you have.. Get that radiator and stuff painted black, get you some new wheels and tires, and it'd look great man!!!
