I remember when i got my oem cf hood 3 years ago i sold it because its heavier than stock unless your gonna cut it or remove all the heat shielding. It's a waste of money. Looks good though

hey guys thanks for the comments. I am planning to get a FIPK and then soon after I am going to buy Shunk 2 springs. I will paint the washers soon.

And about the washers I took them off the OEM ones and drilled the holes on the CF one.

It took an hour and half on and off. We took a joy ride without the hood one and we were careful drilling the holes.

The gatorades are for my dads store lol

i don't like the carbon look. i personally like how it was before because it looks a lot cleaner. but like others said, support it with more mods and it'll be better. a drop and wheels should help a lot.

exactly how i felt, a carbon panel on a nearly stock looking car=kinda weak

but if it has some aggressive mod done to it then it could be passed as performance mod(not much weight saving over the aluminum hood, right?)
