OK, lets think about this for a sec. In order for a trade to work, you need to find someone within driving distance that owns both a yellow car AND a black hardtop for the trade to work. Do you realy think you can find this combo and the want to trade on top of that? So you would need to sell it and buy another one that is black. So if you are not going to get it painted, sell it. You will have a better chance of selling it then trading it. But you might want to consider the spread in pricing on used HTs. It may just be cheaper to paint it and be done with it.

 

Looks like you need front tires more than that hardtop.

It does look terrible (as do Yellow cars with naked carbon fiber panels.) Paint it or sell it.

 

Definitely paint it if you got a good deal on it. If you paid average price sell it and get a berlina.
