what did you use for you top 2 hood vent holes.... it all looks pretty sick but im curious of what you went with instead of mesh

Hey, this is such a nice mod man....if you do get it a chance, i second the post about wondering if you could post pics of the underside of the intake hood you made...and honestly man, im sooo into the hood mod now, i would be interested in buying one if you did make more !!

Just to bring everyone up to speed I haven't run this lid for a few months now.

Awhile back I used my mold to make simple scoops that attach to the hood in anticipation for my F/I.

Here's a shot of the scoop attached to the hood. The lid is sitting in my garage

Very clever idea...I like it, but to all these people concerned about heavy rain. You really must not understand what it takes to hydrolock.

If anything you might actually be cleaning the cylinders in rain (water injection)
