So how does it work? You send your seat/doorpanel whatever to them and they ship it back? If so does that mean you might be able to get some torn or worn seats redone so they look good again.

Absolutely. Alcantara comes in a wide variety of colors (although the perforated styles only have five colors). Anyhow, any material is possible for the seats. I wouldn't use Alcantara for the outside though as that requires some shrinking/stretching work that only leather is good for.
