I really like the idea, I think the right stain will set it off. Are you going to clear it after that. Where did you find such a big sheet of balsa? Im going to need it to make some interior parts for my car when Im build my s2k. All I can find is the stuff at the hobby shops. Small planks that are useless for what I need. Is it stacked on top of the oem hood or did you remove the skin? What are the chances of getting it to form around a hard top?
