Is it going to be considered the Honda NSX now? There are honda emblems instead of acura ones.

Looks ok. Its seems not much different than the current NSXs. What I'm waiting for is the total design replacement and 400hp NSX coming out in 2-3 years...that will be a beast.
I just hope Acura keeps the same price.

Simon says
It's nice, but at the price they're asking for, I'd buy a Ferrari any day over an NSX...
And I suspect a 360 just might be the answer!!!

To answer the question on whether it is Honda or Acura, remember we are one big happy family Only in the US is the Honda marketed as Acura. You are correct that this is the new Type R, which we will not get (closest thing we ever got was the Zanardi - great car by the way). The 2002 model will only have slight body variants - lights, wing, nose, rear lights (at least this is what have been available on the NSX board). The price is expected to remain around $88000. The new engine will not be available until 2003 or 2004, then I might look at buying another. Rumor has a larger V6 or V8 with over 400 HP, rumors, rumors, rumors.. I am hoping to travel to Japan next year for NSX Fiesta to get a glimpse of the new generation NSX.
And Ferrari vs. Honda - come on guys - think about this - I can track my NSX - drive it at 150mph +, sling it around, drive to get lunch, drive it home from the track, it will start the next morning - and I don't have to take out a loan every time I take it to the dealer
I need a bigger garage

Vincent

Quick note - Imola Orange will be offered this year with an Orange interior. Yellow will be offered with a yellow interior - do not think this is the next best seller.

Vincent

PS - Just got back from NSXPO2001 in Elkhart Lake, WI - nothing like a supercharger in the cold air

Nothing on acura.com. . .SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!!

Looks awesome in pics but probably is hazardous to your health in person! If money grew on trees, I'd have at least two NSX's!!!
