New Parts
Hello everyone! I just wanted to show some new parts and updates on my car. First off, I have a Silverstone AP1 with 78k on it. I bought it used about 3 months ago when it came in as a trade in at the dealership I work for. The car needed work but I got a VERY good price on it
... I first started out with a plastic to glass soft top conversion. Since then I have been ordering parts and working on the interior of my car mostly. The interior is the first thing I wanted to do with this car because since im in it most of the time, and I think it gets first dibs. So i stripped out everything in back of the seats and got to work with sound deadening material. Now my car sits with 1 seat in it, because I am finishing the sound deadening and waiting on my F1Spec seats to come in! I am also changing the carpet with new black carpet that I purchased from a member of this site. I plan to finish up the interior of my car, and then move on to some exterior mods, before i start mods on the motor. To be honest I love the way the S2000 drives stock
. So, if you see a Silverstone S2000 with 1 roll hoop and 1 red driver seat, thats me
This is how my car sits right now, I am in the middle of finishing up my interior, it will be done before I start school.

I would also like to thank some of the site sponsors for the great customer service when ordering and shipping these parts!
First off is my Berk Test Pipe: big thanks to Mike at Gruppe-S

Next up my HardTopGuy CLutch Package: Thanks to Jeff!

I also placed an order with Ming for the F1spec Type 2 seats in red with no logo and some buddy club low down rails. Great guy to deal with shipped out my stuff the same day! I will update my thread with pics of the seats as soon as they arrive!
Also, not a sponsor for this site, but if anyone ever wants to sound proof their car (i mostly did it to get rid of vibrations and rattle, and to hopefully lower the drone off any exhaust i get in the future). I ordered RaamMat and Ensolite foam from rick at raamaudio.com, great guy helped me order the right amount of everything!

Iplan to finish up the interior, Satfety 21 6 pt, with some harnesses. Then i ammoving on to the exterior. Keeping it clean with amuse front, mugen ht, and some rpf1's and a fresh coat of silverstone to freshen it up.
Thank you. Its taken me a while to install, first time I ever do anything like this. As for the weight. Its not that much at all. I think im adding 25lbs to the car. But the improvement the material makes in sound and vibration is well worth it!
