How big of a pain is it to change your oil; it looks like it would just drip all down the side of your block?

Yeah i know... the guys at Rev Hard told me to use the Fram PH 46 filter with the relocation kit. Does anyone know if i can use some other filter that is the same the PH 46? but at least it matches with my Mugen reservoir covers!
