much props for going through all this trouble, but im just curious how much it is costing you to do all this work? wouldnt it be cheaper to just go out and buy a used s2k that already works for a DD?

i dont know total wise...but i am hoping no more than $3000-4000. I am doing all the labor myself except for a very few things! Plus it gives me something to do when i am bored(Maybe this is why im suffering in college)!!! So far i have spent $1550. If you know anyone selling parts for cheap let me know!!!

Here is what i have spent the $1550 on so far:
Top-$550
Dash-$150
Quarter-$400
Steering wheel-$40
A-pillar-$10
Motor(needs rebuild)-$400

where are you buying parts from?

GL with the build, I'd like to under take something like that one day

^_^

Be it more expensive in the end or not, its about having the blood and sweat in your own ride, not just buying and driving.
