LOL. Well done Scott! Damn this is a tough audience isn't it! I made my own grill out of aluminium. The only thing that stopped me buying stainless steel was the price of a piece large enough to do the job,.... about

I want a grill just like the ones on the E46 M3's, but I haven't been able to find the same pattern anywhere.

I thought that a tighter weave might restrict too much air. Seems that there have been some postings about that concern with the stamped stainless steel grill that one of the vendors sells. I think that this prototype will be very close to the final product. The man who will be making and selling them is going to get just a bit more bow in the final product.
