My was lowered for about six months. I rolled the rear's and the fronts, still rubbed. Required repaint of my front fenders. Good luck! Don't go up any steep driveways!
really? i only had my rears rolled and inner fender of the rear bumper shaved... i was pretty dropped and i didnt have any issues with rubbing... then again, from the pics, it looks like yours is lower than mine was.. also, the settings on your suspension play a huge difference. When i was running koni shocks and espelirs springs (on the lower perch) i would rub sometimes, but after putting in the KW V3's and adjusting them accordingly, there was virtually no rubbing no matter how hard i took a corner or how big of a bump i went over... and i live in SF too (potholes , uneven roads, and hills everywhere you go..)

could also be the aggressive alignment.
after raising it slightly
i havent messed with my camber or alignment so that might be why. i believe its only rubbing on the fender liner.
