It's definitely been repainted for sure, and whoever did it didn't do a very good job... I hope you got the rest of the car inspected before purchasing it

It's a Sony DSC-H5 I think. Regular point and shoot 7.2MP I believe. Not a bad camera at all, I use Photoshop to clean it up a bit.
