anyone ever hear that the wider the tire the less force down per square-inch the car has? so therefor less handling?

Although tires work against a car for aerodynamics, a wider tire makes up for the slim aero loss for better grip in every situation. Therefore, the wider the tire, usually the better the grip and the faster a car can accel, brake, turn, etc. Give me a real world example minus Salt Flat car's where thats false.
