sure,

first you need to find a host to store your photo such as photobucket.com or imageshack.us (these are just 2 of MANY)

then you would upload it from your computer or memory card to that website

then you would have a link such as http://image.imageshack.us/pics/s2000ftw.jpg

you would take that link and put it between these 2 tags with ZERO spaces

this is an example but with spaces [ img] [/img ]

so it would be [ img]http://image.imageshack.us/pics/s2000ftw.jpg[/img ] without the space in the brackets.
