looking forward to more updates as the summer approaches
Thanks, the car still has swirls that you can see in the direct sunlight, that's why I'd like to take it for a paint correction. My paint didn't have that "pop" in my opinion until I started using all these new products. What all have you done to the paint on the NFR?

Looks good. Red is one of the most rewarding colors to details and keep looking fresh. Red and Black are on the top. Silver/white is cake to make it look like it's always detailed.

That brake fluid reminds me I really need to stop being lazy and put my stainless lines on my car. I've had them 6 months now and still haven't touched them.

I use a porter cable orbital, and the three stage cleaner, polish and wax from megs. Was also using the gold class wash. Once the sandstorms stop ill be claying as that worked well on my SSM, but it feels ok to the touch.

I might have to switch waxes and pads to cut more, but I have used the compound from megs also.

So I picked up a set of Volk center caps someone on here was selling. They just came in today. Although they are not formula silver I am going to have to take them somewhere and ask them to match it as close as they can.

This doesn't belong in a build thread, but I also picked up a 2012 Rays catalog! There's some awesome stuff in here.

For anyone who would like to see what CR wheels look like on NFR, I was helping a friend yesterday do some maintenance stuff to his S and while his S was up in the air, I jacked up one side of my S and threw on the CR wheels and snapped a couple pictures

Nice! Thanks.

Definitely an option for mine when they need a refurbishment.

I am going to buy an Ap2 soon and your car is one of the best role models. Nice job on the build!

The flat Volk centercaps fit the rear wheels okay right? I've heard both yes and no.

^I was just thinking the same thing. It really does look super clean. I love the simple OEM look. I'm actually thinking of ditching the RPF1s and trying to find a mint set of AP2V2 wheels and maybe slightly space them out. I think the OEM wheels actually look best just a little sunk in the fenders.
