Some nice cars (ie: S2000), MANY RICE though. They have some of the funky rimes (chromes everyewhere).

Seung out of 20 cars I would see fixed in NY, only one would look good. I'm not saying all cars here in Cali are nice, but I've seen the most horrendous wheels and kits in NY.
