What's with people telling front plate needs to go? I believe if in the place where the person lived doesn't require front plate, he'd have it gone a long time ago. In Vancouver here front plate is mandatory, and I'd be annoyed if someone tells me the front plate needs to be gone as if I want the front plate to be on there.
