Default Now this is my kind of Halloween!

Nice and crisp shot!

A little bit of blur to make it look like it's flyin' out there.... Also, look how close that cone is....

Let me know what ya think.

Thanks,

Whoops... Sorry about the pics being so large... I thought referenced the "smaller" ones... Oh well, at least you get a good close-up of the car.

BTW, the camera is a Canon 10D, but the Canon 100-400L lens is what made these shots possible.

With this being a halloween event, there was extra "style points" if you came dressed up...

Funny thing is... I was trying to be a bumble bee, but they kept on calling me an alien over the speakers... oh well, at least they actually noticed the sparkling antlers.

haha nice! i'm debating between a cybershot or a 20D... cheaper/more expensive... 5mp/8mp... small/huge... light/heavy... less control/more control... easy pictures/better pictures... ahhh!

If you go the digital SLR route, be prepared to spend some bucks on the lenses... We ended up choosing a good entry DSLR and "invested" in the lenses.

DSLR gives you great flexibility, but it is a pain having to switch lenses so frequently and post editing.... however, that is the price to pay to get a great shot.

If you don't want to spend much post editing, then I'd encourage going the point and shoot route. If you are okay with post editing and willing to let go of so dough, then the 20D is a great choice as it addresses the majority of the 10D's short comings.
