Yes, it could be special made in Ti. It would be rather expensive though to produce one only and I am unsure how the finish process would look.

Definitely heavier.

Stock = 240 g
ScienceofSpeed Type-S = 479 g

It drops into gear very nice and the added leverage really makes a big difference.
