Looks like they're similar in concept to RUF, Techart, Gemballa, AMG, Saleen, Mugen, Brabus, Dinan, etc. (Although I don't think they're classified as an actual manufacturer, or a branch of the OEM...) The happen to work on cars from Bently, RR, Aston Martin and such.

Based on their website, some of their stuff is nice, some of their stuff is yucky. *shrug*
