the driver is Ari Vatanen, Finland,World Rally driver Champion, 3 times, and winner of many Paris-Dakar.

In the video he was driving a Peugeot 405 Rally Car, not sure if was the Group b category,this category was void becuase it was to dangerous, rally cars had more than 650 hp, or the Paris Dakar model
