Stock STI rims would make it look really sweet.

Handle bars look to be off a tricycle.

It was built for the Race to the Sky in NZ. Basically a giant hillclimb like Pike's Peak. Unfortunately the administrators put a weight limit on quads and it is inelegible. I think it's just used for promotions these days.
