the IP# thing is both good and bad.
it keeps people from using multiple accounts to cheat, BUT in situations where there are multiple computers sharing 1 internet connection, like my office- 15 users, 1 IP with a router to run things, if more than one person in my office vote, it looks like someone is cheating cuz of multiple votes, 1 IP.
also if you are using dialup, you can change your IP just by hanging up and reconnecting to the net- new IP, new vote, same person.
I have to wait till I get home to vote, cuz a guy here at work votes too, otherwise the IP shows red and it looks like we're cheating.
