You can fight it and claim it wasnt you driving. If they cant prove you were behind the wheel, then you cant be issued the ticket. Thats what my friend said whos an Orlando Police Officer.

Yeah, I ran it on purpose, I just didn't know it had a camera. I was late for my class that morning. And I have the top down 364 days out of the year, that was the day it was up.

EDIT: I was turning right on red, I just didn't come to a complete stop.
