The 1/3rd getup looks SICK!. If you're going to paint it, go that route.

ANYWAY... thanks for providing decent pictures, I've had the same conflict for a while now. I love the ASM spoiler, but feel like its out of place, unpainted, for some reason on certain colors... silver mostly.

Here are some examples, using the law of thirds, I think the 1/3 carbon edge is the most pleasing... but the others have their strong points too.

Please excuse the quick paint, I need to buy a stylus already...

Wow. THANX thats a HUGE help. i DO like the 1/3 look, the only thing now is, i know what the back will look like. what do i do with the top? same thing? 1/3?

that looks REALLY nice fully painted. that helps alot. but i dont think immma do it because it looks really clean BUT yet too stock. i wont go well with my "flat" prodrives. so the dry carbon look, looks good with British black. thanx guys.

naw im not gonna put off a project. kinda just gonna sit back for a while and think it through. and if u decide u want it then let me know. i kinda need money instead of losing money getting it painted

Basically the idea is the paint should follow the original line of the trunk, and the extra that extends outward gets left carbon... goes for the back and top.
